And sometimes we are ashamed to admit that we are tired because of the life choices we make. In any case, I found that I could get behind the author’s vision when it came to his diet book. I thought I would share today a conversation with author Joel Marion about his book and his revolutionary plan.

Question #1: What Inspired You To Write The Book?
After authoring 6 best selling books it was glaringly obvious there were 2 huge misconceptions about dieting that needed to be exposed. Everything I thought about eating when trying to lose weight was completely changed when I heard that. I also thought it tied in well with this thought in the book:
