Earlier this year, I had the incredible honor of being invited to Jamaica by Sandals Resorts as part of the affiliate program with CJ Affiliates. Through this program, I was able to visit two resorts in Jamaica to find out everything new and exciting about Sandals Resorts. Today I am sharing about our accommodations at Sandals South Coast, the Italian Beachfront Club Honeymoon Suite w/ Tranquility Soaking Tub.
My love affair with Sandals Resorts started in 1997 when my husband and I spent our first honeymoon in Jamaica. It was such a wonderful time, and we always said we would go back someday! In 2017, we did just that and renewed our wedding vows at that same resort!
So fast forward to 2018. Early in the year, I applied to be a Sandals affiliate. I wanted to be able to share my love with the resort, and earn a few dollars towards future trips. So it was SO exciting to find an email in my inbox inviting me to Jamaica for the weekend to learn more. So after a quick call to hubby(he got to come too!), I accepted and booked flights for the weekend. And booked Club Mobay for both arrival and departure! It is the perfect way to start your Jamaican holiday!
Your guide to the Italian Beachfront Club Honeymoon Suite:
One of the unique things about Sandals South Coast is that all the rooms are beachfront AND ocean view. You seriously can’t get anything better than that. Standing on this balcony made the 90-minute drive from the airport so worthwhile.
Even if there is liquid sunshine in Jamaica, the view is breathtaking!
It is a very pretty walk to get to the Italian Village. Not too far from the main piazza, it welcomes you immediately.
When you come in the room, you will immediately see the bathroom on the right.
It is a beautiful bathroom, however the sink area is not very functional for getting ready. It was a challenge to do my hair and makeup on it. It was nice that there was a separate space for the toilet.
Other than that, the tub and shower in here were absolutely amazing!
And, of course, they come with my favorite Red Lane Spa bath products. Everytime I use them, I am immediately transported back to the island.
Inside the main closet there are robes and an electronic safe. There is also an iron if you need it, and an umbrella for those moments of liquid sunshine(Why is rain so much more tolerable in Jamaica?).
As you head towards the main area, you see this:
A gorgeous four-poster bed. Ours was decorated with towel art and flowers, which makes it even more special. Of course hubby is checking out the TV stand already. Here is a view of that:
Plenty of storage space, a coffee maker, and, of course, the in room bar area. Club level service includes basic spirits, and a mini-fridge with champagne, juices, and soda. These are replenished daily!
There is also a comfy chair area.
Two night stands, one of which as an I-Home on it.
And above the seating area with a coffee table is the cutest wall decorations.
When a room looks like this, who wants to leave it, right? Well, the grounds are so amazing that you definitely want to explore. But it is so nice to know that there is a safe place to land!
