When I hear the word “Caribbean” I envision warm breezes, blue ocean, and some of the BEST drink recipes out there. Sometimes it is hard to get away to the islands, so I thought I would gather together some of these delicious drinks of the Caribbean that you can make at home.
One of my favorite things to eat when we are in the Caribbean is jerk chicken. In fact, it HAS to be from the Jerk Shack at Sandals Resorts. One of my favorite drinks to go with it is a Rum Runner. Here it is with my favorite jerk chicken quesadilla.
